Handling of patient health information within our products is governed by our agreements with healthcare providers (including Business Associate Agreements where applicable).

• Information you provide: name, email, organization, role, and message details when you request a demo or contact us.
• Usage & device data: pages viewed, referring URLs, browser type, and approximate location from IP address.
• Cookies & similar technologies: essential cookies to run the site and optional analytics cookies, subject to your consent.

To operate and secure our website, respond to inquiries and demo requests, improve our services, measure marketing performance, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-party service providers

We share limited information with the following categories of third parties who process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards:

• Hosting & infrastructure (Cloudflare, Supabase) — to serve the site and store form submissions.
• Web fonts (Google Fonts) — to render typography; font requests may share IP address with Google.
• Analytics — to understand aggregate site usage, loaded only with your consent.
• Email & communication — to respond to your inquiries and demo requests.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics and advertising cookies may constitute “sharing” or a “sale” under some state privacy laws; you can opt out at any time — see Section 6.
