How billing works
Simple, transparent billing
Billed monthly
Platform products are billed monthly in advance. Managed services and usage — like Preflight and Relay volume — are billed in arrears based on actual use.

No lock-in on your data
You own your data. On exit we export it in a standard, machine-readable format — a signed BAA governs PHI throughout.
